MISSING PARTS FOR NEW PRODUCTS/ITEMS
If you receive a new product/item from Lampodium™ that is missing parts, you should contact their customer service team at Tel: +1 647 212 1232 or email at lampodium.com@gmail.com. You will need to present the original copy of the receipt, and you have one month from the date of pick-up or delivery to notify them about any missing parts to qualify for a replacement. Lampodium™ will cover the delivery fees for replacement parts.

ORDER TRACKING
After placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your purchase.
